New Year's Fest

New Year’s Fest was first launched in 1986 and has survived ice storms, significant deficits (due to weather) and great successes (actually a profitable year). The family focused event provides snippets of entertainment including family-oriented, classical, traditional, and unusual. Funding for New Year’s Fest is made possible through the support of our area foundations including the Irving S. Gilmore Foundation, Dorothy U. Dalton Foundation, and the Harold and Grace Upjohn Foundation. Many area corporations are sponsors of this annual event and nearly a hundred individuals and companies provide annual donations. This is an event that is truly a celebration of our community and our appreciation for the cultural arts.
